I am Tunde Stephen Salami; passionate football fan (Hala Madrid!), Husband, father to (amazing) TWIN boys, avid reader, almost semi-pro footballer .
I own a dog (Nesta) and absolutely love Nigerian fufu.
I am a project manager with experience across Fintech, Crypto, Blockchain, Pharmtech and FCMG industries. I also have professional certifications in Project Management from Google and the Project Management Institute (PMI) and The Scrum Alliance.
My Project expertise spans over 5 years managing the life cycle of international projects, from pre-preparations to implementation. I have Experience with different project management methods and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Six Sigma & Lean technologies.
I possess excellent communication, collaboration, management and negotiation skills. I also have experience in change management, steering group work, integrations and migrations, cloud migration and implementation projects.
I have written over 100 PRDs for products and led teams as a PM in building several web, entreprise and Native software.

    PROJECT MANAGER

    December 2023 - July 2024

    TYLER CONSORTIUM
    Project: SCRUBTESTS

    Scrubtests is a health/Meditech platform, an online tool for medical exams preparation. This platform comes in handy for medical doctors & medical students to prepare for their Medical Council Exams. I was project manager in charge of a team that designed, built and launched the platform. I also coordinated efforts in digital marketing, API documentation, how-to and product requirement documentation.

    SCRUM MASTER

    August 2022 - December 2023

    XEGGEX CRYPTOCURENCY EXCHANGE

    Xeggex is a cryptocurrency exchange and blockchain engineering platform breaking frontiers in the space.
    I facilitated the team’s daily stand-up meetings, reviews, demos, and other project-related meetings, provided technical and other forms of support for team members in their tasks, coached the team on Scrum principles and best practices. I was also Proactive in identifying and resolving issues and complications that arose in the discharge of tasks by the team.

    PRODUCT MANAGER

    QUARRTER FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD

    Quarrter is a digital investment and loan fintech platform. I was the team lead and product manager helping to digitize and define market breaking direction for the software.
    In my experience working with the Product teams, I have learnt to prioritise adequate communication and team interfacing over any other aspect of Product management. The more the team is in sync, the better the synergy and this is directly responsible for amazing product lifecycle.

    Pristin capital is a private equity firm focused on powered SMEs with loans and angel investments.
    I worked as a digital presence manager developing websites and social media traction for PRISTIN & its subsidiaries.

    AFRICAN PEACE MAGAZINE

    African Peace Magazine/TV/Radio is an NGO focused on shining a light on African media values.
    As a web and IT manager, I was involved in developing a digital presence that reflects their vision. Website, social media presence was developed and managed resulting in over 100% increase in web and social traffic.

    Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi-Benue State.

    First Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineeering. Learnt Basic programming languages, microcontroller programming, code writing syntax, etc. Also underwent diverse entrepreneural studies to learn more about building and developing businesses.
